SMS Messaging Program
Program name: Bare Hair Electrolysis by Em — Appointment Reminders & Client Messaging
Description: Bare Hair Electrolysis by Em sends SMS messages to clients who have provided their phone number when booking an appointment or contacting us. Messages include appointment confirmations, 24-hour appointment reminders, and direct two-way communication regarding scheduling, aftercare, and service questions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive at minimum one reminder per scheduled appointment. Additional messages may be sent as needed for scheduling changes or client communication. You can expect no more than a few messages per week.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bare Hair Electrolysis by Em is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Appointments require a 30% deposit at time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Bare Hair Electrolysis by Em reserves the right to refuse service.
