1. Services

Bare Hair Electrolysis is a professional permanent hair removal practice owned and operated by Em Dalton, located in Riverton, Utah. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness or unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

3. Payments

Deposits are collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except at our discretion.

4. Health & Safety

Clients are required to complete an intake form before their first appointment. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect treatment. Bare Hair Electrolysis reserves the right to refuse or modify service if a health concern is identified.

5. SMS / Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS) from Bare Hair Electrolysis to the number you provide. You are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing or receiving any service.

Types of messages you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations after booking
• Appointment reminders (typically sent 24 hours before your appointment)
• Customer care messages in response to your inquiries
• Rescheduling or cancellation notifications

Important disclosures:

• Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and will not receive further SMS messages. Opting out does not affect your ability to book or receive services.

• Your phone number will never be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase or use of our services.
