My name is Emily, I use she/her pronouns, and I'm so happy you're here. I'm the owner and sole electrologist at Bare Hair Electrolysis.
I specialize in permanent hair removal, but my real work is helping others feel seen, affirmed, and empowered. Although I'm in the business of removing hair, what I truly care about is helping you feel safe, confident, and at peace in your body.
I absolutely adore what I do. Being in an industry focused on helping people feel good is deeply fulfilling — and knowing I get to make a lasting impact on someone's confidence and self-worth is truly the most rewarding part of my work.
I have the privilege of witnessing people embrace their true selves, and being trusted to support that journey — whether it's gender-affirming care, personal confidence, or simply feeling at home in your skin — is a responsibility I hold close to my heart.
I'm grateful to hold a space free from judgment because I know how deeply body shame and insecurity can affect us. My hope is to gently help shift those feelings through compassion and genuine care.
When I'm not busy zapping hairs, you'll usually find me appreciating some quiet moments. Practicing yoga or meditating, reading, hiking in nature, or watching the sunrise.
I also really enjoy live music, weight lifting, traveling, and skydiving when I'm feeling adventurous.
